STAKO (Poland)  design and manufacture LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) tanks. Their  mission is to become the best European producer of LPG and natural gas tanks in order to help vehicles become environmentally friendly.

Established in 1967, STAKO has been setting standards in modern leadership, technology and productivity.  For 33 years Metal Devices Plant STAKO has been producing pressure vessels in various sizes and capacities. For the first 20 years they were involved in manufacturing LPG storage tanks, as well as LPG lorry and trailer tanks. For the last 10 years STAKO has been mainly involved in design and manufacturing of LPG tanks for vehicles. They have the latest technology in the area of the manufacture of pressure vessels such as:

• Cylindrical LPG tanks of 10 to 250 L capacity for multi-valves or with 4-valve plate,
• Toroidal LPG tanks of 22 to 100 L capacity for multi-valves or with 4-valve plate,
• Accessories: i.e. mounting frames, fastenings, and protective covers.

 
Their products have European approvals according to ECE R67.01 UN, German TÜV approvals as well as Turkish TSE certifications. This year STAKO have also commenced the procedure of obtaining ISO 9001 certification.
